Attempted Departures

Jaime moved in this weekend... it's been a pretty busy weekend with all the moving. Not that we have a lot of stuff. We had to buy so much stuff! And we (mostly Jaime) have been cleaning. Jaime got a TV (WOOT!) and my mom gave us some old couches (whatever works). We're okay. We're surviving.

She already has me watching Golden Girls. It's... pretty funny (the fact that I'm watching it, not the show itself... although it can be funny at times).

I'm hoping to get my raise at work. I really need it. It's $200 a month more, so that'll be very helpful.

I've had a lot on my mind lately. I really need to vent. I won't do it here, though, It's way too much to type out, and I don't have the time. Plus, I don't think anyone would actually read the whole thing (with the exception of a couple of people). I am going to try to just write it out later, or maybe get a friend to be my shrink for a while.

Not today, though. Today is Sasha's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SASHA! We are going to get a cake for him later tonight, after he and Ellie come over from doing their thing. In the meanwhile, we will be home, cleaning. Fun. :)

I just wanted to blog. It's been so dead (ahem, JOLLY!) So that's that.

OH! And I'm dead serious about camping! Save up your money and vacation days. Four day weekend in August. Your choice of which four. So yeah, no joke. I'll go get you guys if I have to! (Not really).
