Two thousand seven now. Not much of a difference. I still have the same job, and still sleep in the same bed. I still have the same computer, and the world is basically the same. Of course, this marks the beginning of a new year (according to who?) and it makes me look back to what I have done/accomplished. Let's see.... well, I've lived in three different places in 2006. I've had four different jobs. I've nearly lost a loved one. I've fought depression. I've lost three friends (regained one... sort of). I've met new people, though, so it's okay. I've gone to several concerts and gained great memories. I've also made some not so great ones. All in all, I'd say 2006 has been pretty eventful. So what's in store for 2007? 1. Will you be looking for a new job?
I hope not.

2. Will you be looking for a new relationship?
Ha. We'll see.

3. New house?
Nope

4. What will you do differently in '07?
Do things right.

5. New Year's resolution?
I have several. One is too not drink so much soda (as in, no soda).

6. What will you NOT be doing in '07?
Living my life for someone else.

7. Any trips planned?
There will be a few, I'm sure. One of which is to go camping with YOU!!! I'm not joking, btw...

8. Wedding plans?
No

9. Major thing on your calendar?
Moving into a new apartment.

10. What can't you wait for?
To move into our new apartment.

11. What would you like to see happen?
For all of my family and friends to find happiness. To enjoy what they have and to not worry about things so much.

12. What about yourself will you be changing?
I will try to feel.

13. What happened in '06 that you didn't think would ever happen?
My dad has always been superman.

14. Will you be nicer to the people you care about?
Yes, I try to be.

15. Will you dress differently this year than you did in '06?
Probably not. I like jeans and t-shirts.

16. Will you start or quit drinking?
No. Especially once Jaime is here. ;)

17. Will you better your relationship with your family?
My relationship with my family has changed somewhat. We have been getting along great. Although I don't have the relationship I want with each of them, we all have our own roles and I am just trying to accept that. It's hard, but I'm trying.

18. Will you do charity work?
I'd love to say yes, but I probably won't. Just being honest.

19. Will you go to bars?
I prefer bars to clubs.

20. Will you be nice to people you don't know?
I always try to be.

21. Do you expect '07 to be a good year for you?
I think it will be rocky, but one hell of a ride.

22. How much did you change from this time last year till now?
Oh, god..... LOTS!

23. Do you plan on having a child?
No.

24. Will you still be friends with the same people you are friends with now?
I'd like to say yes, but I don't know. Nothing is definite. The only permanent thing in life is change. I hope my friendships last forever.

25. Major lifestyle changes?
Try to be healthier.............hahahahaha.

26. Will you be moving?
In two weeks, hopefully.

27. What will you make sure doesn't happen in '07 that happened in '06?
Let people walk all over me.

28. What are your New Year's Eve plans?
I had several, but ended up not doing any.

29. Will you have someone to kiss at midnight?
No. :(

30. One wish for '07?
That we all grow. That we learn more and become better people, and that we find happiness. I can't get over the happiness stuff. It's important, though. I never thought it would be so hard. I just hope that things work out for everyone.


A year ago, I had no idea where I'd be now. I don't know where I will be a year from today. I can honestly say, though, that I am better than I was last year, so I hope I continue to head in that direction.
